With the next skipped snack.
The next skipped beer.
The next chosen salad.
The next comforting bowl of soup.
The next skipped dessert.
And for sake’s sake! Buy pants that fit! 🤷🏻♀️
Do you feel so down and discouraged that you don’t know what to do?
Just START by allowing yourself to be down. To not fight it. To rest. To learn from it. To see the patterns. To bring in your most trusted members of your team: doctors, sleep, pets, cheesy movies or cheeses, loved ones, chocolate, nice food.
Do you feel cheery and bright and have a thousand ideas to put in motion?
Just START with choosing ONE!
Make a plan.
Break it down in small and doable steps.
Plan for them.
And execute them.
We are allowed to just START! Every day!
If we just START from now on, every day, for the rest of 2021, we’ll be so much closer to achieving and fulfilling any dream.
Losing 100 lbs.
Creating successful businesses.
Adding some letters after our professional titles.
Becoming people who exercise regularly.
There is no rule that says that we are only allowed to START JUST ONCE!
We actually have to just START all the time.
The rule of not ever achieve/complete anything is to JUST STOP!
